Overall the hotel is value for money, great location and clean rooms. Breakfast menu could be improved. The bed is too hard to our liking.

Had the parents over to see me in Macau, took them over to HK and used Causeway Bay as a nice central location. I've stayed in the Holiday Inn before so it was a safe bet & couldn't be better placed.
Always found the Hotel clean, rooms are excellent especially the rooms with the walk in showers - fantastic. Staff are very good although checking in & out can be a bit laborious when busy
Never really used any of the restaurants in the Hotel so can't comment on the food except for the breakfast which if included as part of your package you might as well eat if not go elsewhere!

Hotel is in a great location, especially for shopping (can walk), but also handy to public transport. Easy access (by taxi) from airport express. Check-in staff efficient and friendly. Room excellent. By Hong Kong standards room of a reasonable size.

Breakfast included, but somewhat limited in choice to 4 set menus. Scrambled eggs not very nice, but fried eggs OK.

Room very quiet and bed exceptionally comfy.

Would definitely return to this hotel.

By Hongkong standards the price was acceptable. However the room prices in Hongkong for a family are outrageously high. To pay so much and then to sleep on a sofa bed on the floor is not so great. Sofa bed a bit hard.

Service at breakfast was slow, restaurant is too small and a long Q is formed to wait for an empty table. Bath towels not replace at time of room cleaning, apparently due to shortage!! No shampoo in bathroom, lack of space/drawers for clothing.

Very good and convenient location. The bed is firm and comfortable. The room is clean and just right in size. The bath room is modern and nice, although the wash basin is not that practical.
