the pillows are a bit hard and thick..i asked the reception if they could provide a thinner one, but they dont have one..i hope they could accommodate diff preferences of their clients.

I was asked at check in to pay in advance for any items used from the mini bar during my stay. I have never been asked to do this before and found it insulting. In effect it was the hotel saying they didn't trust me. The room itself is fine but the bathroom is of very poor quality.
