I had room 11 which was very loud. the door to the lobby created a suction with the room door causing a very loud noise when the lobby door was used. charging internet access is bad customer service, offer it free for at least an hour then charge.

The bathroom has very poor drainage, there is no outlet for water which flows from the shower to the floor. . As a result the bathroom is like a lake!!!
