Nice hotel located close to metro, shopping etc. Parking was a problem as we had to find parking on the street which was a challenge! Quite small however comfortable.

The service was very good. The room was small, but comfortable.

The security was very good. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful, especially this middle-aged gentleman (didn't manage to get his name)who was there when we first checked-in on the morning of 22th Sept. He was extremely helpful as he gave us information on the city, even pulled out the map and told us where to go and how to get there without us even asking! That was one of the best service I have ever encountered in my travelling experience. a little cramp and the walls and doors are not sound proof but overall, very pleasant, cosy and comfortable.

The toilet was EXTREMELY cramped!!!!

Neighbor with a small manufacturer. It is too noise to stay at morning. It should have a fan in the room at least. It is too noise to stay at morning.

Good value for money, close to Voltaire Metro station. Would stay there again.

The people at the reception desk were very helpful in giving us a map and letting us know about some of the sights. Linens on bed were not changed for the second night we were staying at the hotel.

I recommend the hotel. Very good breakfast, very clean, 50 metres from Metro station....Staff is very helpfull... Very small room, but you go to Paris to stay in the room??

The manager was very helpful for in giving us some tips about Paris. The our twin room was nicely made but the cleaning on bathroom is basic.

We booked a babysitter but she never turned up which was awful. Th lady who did the breakfasts was really unfriendly, everyone reacted badly to her because of her rudeness.

The girl at the front desk was extremely unhelpful. Our friends had a baby and she was very rude. They could have had a better experience if the woman had been a little helpful; only after inquiries to other staff did they learn of things that made their stay enjoyable - like an iron, an electric tea kettle, etc.

We'll be staying here again for any short break in Paris. Nice bathroom, small room, we only stayed one night so no problem.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. We were three to the room. But it was okay. My two cousins and I were going on the cheap.

We recieved a warm welcome to this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also very good. The room was quite small but it had everything you needed.

Shower head moved all over the place - causing flooding on bathroom floor.

Although the room wasn't really too good, I found the hotel staff very helpful indeed, it is in a good location and the breakfast was fine. I asked for a double bed and got 2 singles. The room backed on to a courtyard which was very noisy. There were 3 lights in the room - only one of which worked. I was also bitten on the arms, face and legs by flies.

The room was too small and the choice of furniture made it very conjested. I bruised by leg by accidentally running into the side table.

Wouldn't let my scabby dog stay there. An absolute shithole.
