Camino Real Villa Hermosa Hotel

I have been to Villahermosa many times over the past 3 years. I used to stay at a different hotel until recently when I found that I can book hotel rooms in Villahermosa thru HildayCity. The experience of booking thru Holiday City has been great! However out of 4 times I have done it, 2 times at this hotel theay have not had the information about my reservation so I have had to wait in the lobby while they find it. Also, they have tried to give me a different tyoe of room from the one I booked. This last time I had no time to argue with them so even tough I had booked a Luxury King room, I ended up with a two bed double bed room. I am seriously considering trying something new.
