Very good hotel for the price.

Hotel is very well located in the downtown area, within walking distance to the harbour front and the main shopping streets. We stayed in a different room after we checked out and return to Halifax on our return from the Cabot Trail in Cape Bretton. Both rooms were of good size; they were well maintained with the usual facilities (including a kitchen counter with a microwave oven). The staff were most courteous, friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel.

Our experience at this hotel was quite pleasant. The air conditioning unit was not working in our room so we were promptly moved to another room.
The free continental breakfast buffet was good and plenty.
The staff were all friendly and accommodating.
Of course the location was perfect for walking around the heart of the city. We would certainly stay there again.
