Room was small but adequate. Lack of tea making facilities was a negative.

I think your site showed it had a small gym as part of the hotel facilities. I believe this has been converted into breakfast/cafe space as we could not find the gym. We were pleased to obtain a room at the front of the building - overlooking the street with a small balcony. It added to our good experience of this hotel.
