The location was excellent. The public transport was at the doorstep. The shopping mall located underground made it attractive to stay in the hotel. Not much view from the room though but that does not matter as most of the time, we are out sight-seeing.

The hotel is very strategically located. The Main Train Station is a great asset to the hotel. The nearby Airport Bus Terminal is also a great help. The hotel is within walking distance to places of interest. That is another plus point.

1. the tv is too old and no pay channels selection is to limited. Choice of TV programme is boring.

2. They hotel up graded us to suit room. But, the furniture arrange is not ideal. too much walking distance, and the TV fixed in box and pull out tray could not be viewed from bed !

3. Room is not clean and vacuum properly each and every day. Lacking of cleaniless sometimes.

4. Furniture seems to require facelifting. Especaily for the toilet floor, walls and pull out mirror looks rather dirty and outdated.

5. The basement shopping areas should be more up market and better control to refect the 4-star hotel image as claimed.

6. The entrances is so very insignificant. We almost miss the hotel even though we are quiet sure that was the hotel when we viewed across the road.

7. Suggest to enlarge the main entrance facing the Taipei Statation and provide escalator, lift link the basement unpass from Metro to the 1st storey hotel lobby.
