due to the poor exchange rate this room proved to be the most expensive I have ever been in, sad considering I have stayed at a Ritz Carlton which was by far the best of anywhere I have ever stayed. the smallest room I have ever stayed in.

If I ask for twin single beds I don't want two single beds put together and made as one bed. I complained once but it happend again. I stayed in this hotel before and something similar happened so I don't think I will go to this hotel again. The room was fine maybe A bit small

I really like your hotel and would certainly come again but it would be nice if the wardrobe situation could be sorted out. My only critic was there were no shelves or drawers so had to keep our clothes in our cases. The shelf above the wardrobe was far too high to use.

It was all almost perfect. There was some little problem with some of the things that were included in the rate (there was no bottle of water when we get to the room and they had us signed for Contintental brekfast instead of the English breakfast I booked). I had to ask for it, buth the truth is that they solved everything right away. Really efficient and really nice. The room is pretty good. Small, but ok acoording to London standards. The only "flaw" is that the closet is not very big and there's only one shelf, so there's no much room to put your clothes.

I miss Tea & Coffee making facilities in the room.

The staff in general was friendly and helpfull although the reception was to busy at times and the service a bit chaotic. The reception could be better. It was very nice (trendy) and also neat but a little small.

Breakfast was well-done No safe, no refrigerator, not enough wardrobe space, no airconditioning

This was not my first time to stay at the Caesar Hotel. We would most definitely use the hotel again for visits to London.

I have already recommended some of my colleagues to also book there on their next visit to London Like the decor - something different to the std London hotel. Very clean and neat.

The room did not have an opening window nor air conditioning which did make it quite hot as London did have temperatures in the 20s during our visit

You should have broad band access in the room.

Fairly quiet but safe neighbourhood, it's only a little far to the nearest Tube stations (about 10min walk to Paddington or Lancaster Gate). Feels safe enough to walk home at midnight. The rooms are very nicely furnished and have the look of a 'boutique' hotel. However, they are extremely small, with a floor area barely twice the size of the bed!

I felt the front desk was very inefficient during check in and check out. They were slow and not very friendly. I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone even greated me or said it will just be a few minutes before we can help you. They were too busy straightening out there paper work. There was very limited space for clothes. THere were a total of 4 hangers and no drawer space. The noise level was very high in the hallway especially the first day I arrived. I think it was the staff yelling to eachother.

Due to not having any airconditioning and windows which could not open, the room was increadible hot. This was very unpleasant. Even after discussing this twice with the hotelmanager nothing happened

It was certainly good value for the price I paid but I would hesitate to pay the rate that was displayed at the reception desk. When I booked I was given the option of a smoking room but was told on arrival that the hotel had a no-smoking policy.
