Friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Suitably placed for buses, metro, etc. . Served its purpose functionally, quiet and warm. Only drawback - no window to look out of. Otherwise, fine.

The only thing letting this hotel down is the fact that they allow smokers in the lounge area which can then carry to the dining area. . Although the room was on the small side it was perfectly functional and quiet at night.
