My name is Leif (first name) Schanche (surname). I think the hotel should be able to track down their visitors even if they have (understandable) problems in knowing which is the first name and which is the surname.

Pleasant atmosphere. Suitably placed for buses, metro, etc. Served its purpose functionally, quiet and warm. Only drawback - no window to look out of. Otherwise, fine.

Room leaked over cupboard and bed when it rained and staff were aware prior.
