Excellent temperature control. Easy to operate. Nice and quiet room. Front desk service quick and professional. Great to be so close to Peel Metro station.

If you choose to use the available parking, it comes at an extra $25 fee and has mandatory valet parking. In the morning, there was one valet and many people desiring their vehicles. Our van was returned 30 minutes later, with the delicate items in the back all tipped over and scattered about. Some of the items were even damaged from what must have been reckless driving on the way back from the parking garage. The valet was in a terrible mood and rude.

The other staff were lovely and helpful. The room was clean and the location is great. The free internet was much appreciated. On the down side, there was no hot water in the room, but rather 'warm' water with the maximum temperature not warm enough for a bath.
