Lost my reservation

I am not filling in the form as I didn't stay at the hotel. I arrived to find they had lost my reservation which thankfully I had printed with reservation # etc. They provided a complimentary night in another hotel in the area. I stayed at that hotel for the second night. I will think twice before booking online again with any hotel.

More expensive than other hotels in the same area. Did not offer any great advantages over the others. For the price we paid 139. Can I would have expected at least a continental breakfast.
