The English breakfast was really good. Help yourself to the breakfast because everything in london is pretty pricey. They upgraded me to a suite room acroos the street. because I prepaid thru holiday city website. THe room was sweet!!! Its a five minute walk to everything else. A little bit of a hassle if your carrying alot of luggage. I would recommend this place for a somewhere to sleep and eat before seeing London.

The hotel is very conveniently located for Paddington station. Our first room was in the basement, and when we complained, since we had booked the room well in advance, the staff were very helpful in transferring us to an alternative room for our second night. Both rooms, however, were very small.

The facilities in the room were very good and the whole ambience of the hotel was also very good.

The breakfast was excellent, although it would have been nice to have a choice of Continental breakfast as an alternative to the full English breakfast.

We were more than impressed with this hotel, value for money - although the rooms were small they were ample for what we needed and beautifully decorated. With all the hundreds of hotels of offer in London it was difficult to chose but we will definitely stay here again next time we are visiting.

Too hot. Need airconditioning

Noisy, hot, needs an ice machine. Needs Air conditioning, a larger shower and a phone that works.

The room I stayed in on the 30th was goo small for comfort. It was like a closet and the shower was so small that when you showered the shower curtain touched your body which was a bit gross.

The room was amazingly small, and extreamily hot (there was no air conditioning). Also, when we went to check, the front desk overcharged us by 40 pounds and it took us over one half an hour to get everything straightened out.

On my arrival, my reservation was not confirmed by the hotel. So after 12 hours flight from Tokyo, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for your confirmation. Also, they only provided me a small single room even though I booked a doble bed room with bathtub for single use. There was no cock in the bathtub.

There were more steps to get to our room than there were in Whitby to get to the famous Abbey. Breakfast was pathetic especially the warm fruit salad with apple the only fruit in it and the stale bread rolls. Room was so samll you could not open sutcase in room.

We have been robbed in the Hotel lobby while checking in. Although the clerk was helpful and ordered a taxi to go to the Police station, the overall reaction of the reception employes was very suspicious. We then passed on the order of the Police to save the tape of the observation camera and the clerk agreed and said that it was no problem. Later we asked to see the tape ourselves, but suddenly the camera had been broken for the last few days and could not provide the evidence. How convenient for the hotel! We had booked a suite, but at check-in were first assigned an unacceptable 'double' room. Only after complaining we were given a 'suite'. Although this room was classified suite, it was more of a small apartment with a kitchen instead of a living room facility, which would be appropriate.

Though I had booked myself at Best Western Paddington Court Hotel London, I was shifted to another hotel "Paddington Hyde Hotel" due to non availability of rooms despite their confirmation thru you. The room was extremely small. Not worth the price.

The people from the restaurant were nice and helpful. The person at reception did not listen when we asked at arrival to give us a quite room becuase of the baby. There is a brand new part of the hotel, where I assume are the niced bedrooms they show on their Website and Brochure. The old part, where they accommodated us (maybe because of the discount?)was like a 1 or 2 star hotel. I was certainly expecting more from this hotel.

Wishes for future stay: 1) Wireless internet conection. 2) Adapter for electrical equipments(norway vs GB)
