Hotel 5 minute walk from Marble Arch tube station - very good location for shopping etc as just off Oxford St. Taxis available outside hotel. Bus Stop around the corner. Hotel clean but rooms were small. Double and single bed in room. Did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on same. Hotel staff lovely and helpful

can not provide the right feed back of product due to renovation at hotel during our stay since we were out of hotel during day time and came back hotel quite late of each day. The only thing that we can confirm is hotel location is very convenience just a fews minute walk to tube station and shopping area.

I was rather surprised with this hotel because th service was excellent, our room was beautiful but the foyer and entrance looked a bit shabby. Some of the letters of MOSTYN above the entrance outside were missing. Anybody passing wouldnt give it another glance. I think we shared a deluxe double which looked like it had recently been refurbished so everything was beautiful and clean. However, we turned off the air conditioning and were not able to turn it on again and we never found out how to release the bath plug. Hiccups, but they need to be addressed.

Best location in town for the price you're paying. Although small, it was well arranged and decorated. Very good value for money.

Room service menu should be extended to include some more items We repeatedly asked for an iron to be sent to the room on 2 different days and even waited over an hour on both occasions but the iron never arrived... poor service

The rate I got through the Holiday City website was nearly half what I was quoted on other websites. Thanks so much. There was some street noise in the morning, but this couldn't be helped. Otherwise, it was lovely.
