Management and staff were excellent and very helpful, especially manager and his wife.
the location was very good and easliy accessible - just a few hundred metres from the main area.
it was a pity that the only laundry facility
... was self service. as a business traveller i would expect to have a collection/return service for laundry.
very useful to have internet access!
the shower had a mind of it's own - sometimes when adjusted for cold water, it still delivered warm to hot! this seemed to tie up with the temperature outside (it was the summer in melbourne).
a pool would have been very acceptable but not a necessity.
