I recommend this hotel to travellers, and would be back again for the second time if I were in Paris. Because firstly the hotel location is great, is near to Opera and also to Champs Elysees, just between them which are most attended places. The staff, reception was very very polite and kindly, and very careful and attentive to guests. Just one example-we requested just one cup for drinking tea in the room, they gave us the whole tea drinking set (kettle, two cups saucers, spoon, tea, sugar), so we really appreciated it, as a good care service. The room was not so large, but an average size, clean and comfortable, the bathroom also was clean which I appreciate. Though breakfast was not so of a wide choice, but anyway was enough vs. that cost. Finally, we had a great time at this hotel and in Paris:)) Good luck and enjoy your time!

We had stayed at this hotel previously and did so again mainly because of that experience, especially the location, helpful, friendly staff and the quality of the breakfast. The location as far as we are concerned is still brilliant but the other areas seem to have lost some of their shine.
At E185 per night (incl breakfast), given the average quality of the facilities in general, I am not sure that I would rate it highly as far as value for money goes.
One, to me, particularly annoying feature was the provision (for a E50 deposit) of a safe with a key rather than the type with electronic codes. Using this kind of safe simply transfers the risk of losing passports etc. to the risk of losing the key. Either way you feel uncomfortable.
Also we had tried to book this hotel through our travel agent but they were unable to do so and yet on trying ourselves through the internet we were able to have our choice, which seemed a bit strange.

We stayed here because it was closest to our daughter's host family's house. It was great. The breakfast room was pleasant and the food plentiful and delicious. We'd go back any time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Merci! Though the room was small, we didn't spend a whole lot of time there. It was clean and comfortable. An American complaint: the fridge didn't keep drinks cold enough for me. But overall a wonderful place.

Unfortunately, on my arrival after the check in time my room was not ready. However, the hotel had it clean within half an hour. So great recovery!!

Very important remark: We stayed twice in the hotel , 3 days apart. We were 2 adults and 3 children aged 10, 8 and 4 years. We stayed first 3 days in 2 rooms with no problems. We left for disneyland for 3 days after which we returned on July 14 ( holiday) at 11 pm to be told that we have to take 3 rooms because a 4 year old was not allowed to sleep in a room with an adult and another child!!! The supervisor was so adamant ( after having stayed 3 days earlier with no problems) that we had no choice but to leave the hotel ( in addition of having our country Lebanon bombed and not knowing when or how we were going back). I think the behavior was almost obscene and totally unacceptable and immoral one of the rooms had a bathroom so small that while sitting on the toilet, the knees almost were hitting the wall.

This is one of the most conveient hotels I have stayed in in Paris. It is close to Bld Hausmann and the shops. It was very easy to get a taxi either to or from the hotel It is only a short walk to th metro and the RER TRAIN AND WE WERE ABLE TO GO OUT TO EURODISNEY very easily. I must make reference to the staff. Those at reception were extremely pleasant and helpful, a credit to themselves. Neither coffee nor milk were provided with the coffee maker. Otherwise the room was perfect for the overnight stay.
