good location as its not in a busy area, easy to come and go from, easy to catch bus to any location for day trips. Thanks to staff for there friendly service.

Suitable for: Leisure, Families

Good option for families looking for centrally located accomodation at a reasonable price. Close to everything we were able to walk and access the bus service easily. Shops, buses to theme parks and the beach were all within walking distance. Helpdesk people were friendly and available.

Suitable for: Singles

Planned for family vacation in Gold Coast for first time. Attracted to property because of writeup & particularly good reviews from 2 previous guests.
We were sadly to be disappointed:
- Extremely noisy throughout night as road traffic very audible
- Room very old, spartan furnishing.
- Sofa bed promised was unusable & dirty
Overall bad start to family vacation as we had to relocate.

One of the best experiences was at gold coast and the accomodation at Best Western surely was a great contributing factor.
