We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Hotel staff very friendly and their English was good. They really helped us when we had to cancel our credit cards that were stolen by a pick pocket on the metro. They made the calls to South Africa on their expense. Thank you people for the help when we were so stressed! The room, although small, was in an excellent condition.

This hotel is well run and the cleanliness was impressive. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We did not have breakfast in the hotel which was 10 Euros each. The hotel is well situated for Montparnasse Railway Station and metro, so, for leisure purposes, that is an asset. Coffee, hot chocolate and tea were available in the bedroom; apples were provided in the vestibule for guests (no charge). There was a short bath with an excellent shower in our room. We would recommend this hotel for a 2 or 3 night stay at least.

Generally I found the hotel very satisfactory, particularly its being fully air-conditioned. My one complaint is about breakfast - fruit salad (apples) still had labels stuck to them and obviously weren't washed! The room would have been very cramped for two people but on this occasion my friend couldn't make the trip. Aside from that my only complaint is that there is not enough hanging space for clothes and a lot of unnecessary shelving space which could be converted.
