Having stayed at this hotel 4 years ago I was sorry to exerience a noticible decline. The room and bathroom was not really clean, floors dirty, outside balcony filthy, bathroom light not working (even though I notified reception on arrival it was never attended to and I was told it was unlikely to be delt with either), hairdryer not working. In six days the apartment rooms we were in were not serviced once nor the bins emptied and only on the eve of our final stay were fresh towels dumped outside the room in a plastic bag. The public internet booths located in the hotel foyer were not working properly the whole time. The breakfast was poor, it was poorly presented, cereals in cheap plastic kitchen boxes and the hot breakfast poorly served and not good quality ingrediants. I had to hand back a severly cracked coffee cup. Over all it had a feeling of disrepair and uncleanliness.

Being State of Origin 1 night all accommodation centres increased their fees for rooms which I feel should not happen Did not have any towels etc. in room and room was not available until after 2pm. After getting up at 3.30am to fly to Brisbane it was disappointing the our room was not made available earlier.
