I found the staff particularly friendly. They combined efficiency and informality very cleverly. They were humans, not robots! It all felt quite personal and I would definitely stay again. I had a turkey sandwich snack in the bar on arrival which quite honestly was only just OK, but I was not there for the food. I would have liked the room to be a little bigger as I did not feel comfortable having the bed so close to the door (Room 112). Great location coming into London as I do to Paddington. Good value if you can get a deal on the internet.

I chose this hotel after looking at many reviews of hotels in my price range and that were in a suitable location for me, as it was the only one that did not have any recent negative reviews. I was not disappointed. It was clean, quiet and comfortable with efficient and friendly staff. It must be the teutonic influence. Excellent breakfast (at extra cost) and a good restaurant.

The hotel is in a great location just a short walk from Earls Court tube station, and is very comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were helpful and responsive to all requests. I will definitely be back.

We found the location hotel and helpfulness of the staff very good. Having stayed in a number of London hotels, we were surprised with the generous size of the rooms and the aspect - our room had a great view out to the back gardens.

We will be staying again and would highly recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

Have stayed here before and always find the staff ready to go the extra mile. Love the dining room and bar. Sometimes the rooms are on the small side, but the staff will try to find you a bigger one if you ask. Rates are good and area central for transportation to get you anywhere in London. Decor good and always very clean.

Hotel clean and functional. Well sited. Staff efficient and friendly. Bed was rather hard. Room rather cramped with poor outlook, (but to be expected in London)

Breakfast can be better. not too much Choices on the food.

The room as a double was extremely small - in fact, I cannot image the size of a single.
