The staffs were very helpful and polite,it's just right next to the beach,very convenient.The breakfast was good,and the restaurant nearby was great,the seashell bar.

Its a really nice place, Rooms are very near to sea, I enjoyed my holidays with my family here, You have all the facility here, car/bike rental, taxi service, Food, sea food restaurant, departmental store etc... (all are with 100 mts distance)

Could do with being painted.

The location was very nice but a car or taxi is needed to travel to the main areas, which can be hired from the hotel, the services they provide are excellent and have every thing you need, The sea shells cafe was very good for evening meals and has a lovely setting at sunset time, the setting is also very nice with large gardens and 2 beaches, although Upon arrival we had to wait 2 hours for our room, Room was very bland and very plastic, furniture very poor, and the decor was very poor, the bathroom was badly lit, and the shower provided no hot water.

Hotel Management needs improvment. Pool towels insufficient for number of guests, but instead of getting more towels management put sign up saying "towel finished".

The food was absolutely fantastic and the service was extremely friendly. We did not expect to be staying in such a beautiful bungalow.

Reception desk was excellent; helpfull and very organized. Restaurant service was poor though. It all took long and wasn't really up to standard. I don't like to pay 10% service charge for bad service in f.i. Sea Shell rest. It would be better to leave a tip up to the guest. Personell is very friendly but very very slow. The bathroom could use a small face lift; our room number was 1067. It had a very strange smell....

Excellent Hotel It's really good room, I hope if there is connecting room.
