Room situated near laundry which had smelly drains. The furniture was damaged , chair upholstery torn, carpet stained,woodwork dirty.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It was very much appreciated. plenty tea and coffee. Clean bedding and towels on a regular basis.

Allow later checkout or have a lounge where guests who have later flight can relax. Something should be done to the settee in the room. It was in a very poor of repair.

room was very nice, only thing i would recommend would be an iron and ironing board in the room, for times when one is needed and laundry area is closed
