Staff were efficient; but not very welcoming or friendly. This is a very basic hotel - budget hotel at best, probably best described as backpackers accommodatiom. Very basic room. Safe could not be opened. No kettle. Flimsy plasic door to bathroom.

Pretty dirty, found a few bugs in my room. Not the nicest hotel ever.

Air conditioning controls were in my room so I was disturbed a number of times. Small but good value, poor view.

With a slightly more imaginative approach the hotel can be turned into a good facility at marginal investment. There were cockcroaches in the room. Also the toilet flush was not working. Both were brought to the notice of the hotel staff but nothing was done.

Smells Begon Bug spray inside the room. Plenty of cogoroches inside the room.

The location was not excellent for my downtown conference, but the subway station was not far, and the price was more in my range. Nearly everything was fine. The lights could have been a bit brighter to make reading easier. Also, in the shower room, one of the soap dispensers leaked onto the floor. I didn't report this, however, for it posed no inconvenience for me.

The room is of comfortable size and reasonable for this price range

Location is ideal since it is not far away from the MRT. Room is clean when we arrived.

The hotel can keep some fruits every night as a value addition for the rent collected. The hotel can provide a bucket and a mug for travellers like Indians from Tamilnadu who take bath from water filled in buckets.

In totality this was a good deal especially in terms of valur for money which is the real key factor for decesion.

please make lobby more attractive. rooms can be bigger. uphoistery can be better.

It provided the accomodation that I required at the price I was happy to pay. Comfortable but not luxurious, which is what I expected for the price I paid!
