We had requested for a room with a large double bed, but we were given two separate single beds.

Along with bath towels hand towels should be provided in the room. There should more room in the reception loby with some more chairs to sit for some time. The safe in room was out of order & dirty please change it

The reception area wasn't up to the standard. Nearly everything in the room was worn out. I arrived around 6pm, but I had to wait because the room wasn't ready yet. The bathroom was cleaned, but there was water everywhere. It hadn't been mopped.

It was a good hotel worth to visit again.

Common Drinking water self service facility is not very convenient Required: Cable TV with international channels.

As stated in the web there was no kettle for hot water but was available in the corridor. My wife was higly embarrassed.

My only problem with the hotel was its ambience. Serangoon road is a bit crowded and noisy at times.I also witnessed a few drunken brawls late in night making me apprehensive at times. But i did not mind the tradeoff that i got in terms of its central location and excellent connectivity to the other parts of the city. Them rooms are really comfortable and value for money. I got all the amenities like ac,electronic safe,attached toilet/bathroom (well maintained),telephone and internet for a reasonable amount of rent.

Ideal location for an Indian since food and shopping is very closely located. Budget Hotel. Satisfied with the services provided for the price paid.

I like the Broadway Hotel, it's low price and provides all the amenities of more expensive Hotels.

Improve the amenities that are provided in the hotel room The room requires upgrading. There are a lot of cocraches and needs spraying chemicals. It would not cost much to keep a couple of mineral water bottles in the room.

Try to keep stair ways free of materials, some times i have observed some unneccesary items in the corners, which can make some serious hazards. coridors ventilation to be improved.cleaning matrials to be allocated with small store room, which generally generates some smell in corridors.
