It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel because of its great location to all amenities including shopping and the easy access to the MRT.

However, the cleanliness is much to be desired as i experienced cockroaches running on the floor at night otherwise the hotel was good value for money.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Singapore. My daughter and I used the public transport system. It was so easy and the bus was right outside the hotel door. The staff were brilliant. They were so helpful. Nothing was ever a problem. The restaurant at the hotel also served a large variety of enjoyable food. I will definetely stay again.

AS WE ARE INDIAN & GET INDIAN FOOD IN SERANGOON ROAD THE HOTEL IS OK.

The hotel is very well located, a few minutes walk to either of two MRT stations and in the heart of Little India. The room was cleaned daily and was a lot larger than one I have had previously in Little India in a much more expensive hotel. Its location is good - traffic noise can be high but it's close to shops and restaurants. It's excellent value and has a helpful staff. I'd stay there again for sure.

(1) No Iron box or board

(2) No Laundry facilities

(3) Room service shut down the air conditioner during house keeping. When you come back at night after sight seeing the room will be hotter than outside.

(4) There was an young Singaporean-Indian guy at the front desk(not old room service tamil-Indian guy) who was very rude.

The location of the Hotel is very Good Easy Access to Major Shopping Mall, MRT Station, Bus Stops etc. Room is too small to accomadate a family but Singles it is okay. Other services are average only. The Room rent is too high. If they give internet in rooms it is good. That all i can say about the hotel.

The staff were excellent, we lost our passports in a taxi, they couldnt help us enough and we did get our passports back.
The hotel location is excellent right in the centre of Little India, the facilities are basic, but very clean, ideal for the budget traveller. Staff spoke excelent English and very helpful and courteous. Would definately stay there again

Front desk attendants were helpfull for the request and enquiries. Not So bad for the visitors from india. Need to improve the ambience of the rooms.

A refrigrator could be provided.

Our one packet of chocolates was missing while we were away from the hotel. We had informed the hotel reception about the same.

still some more facility required like cloke room facility no hand shower facility,inside building looks old.

The elevator is small, but only one. It's a rather old room, but clean

Very centrally located and close to MRT station. Very comfortable and nice

the staff is very helpful. we enjoyed our stay because of the cheerful nature of staff. the bathroom door would not lock. also the room safe was not working. these things should be attended to before the guest moves in.

hotel is located in serangoon road. there are mostly indians in this part of the town. lively place and a shopper's delight with mustafa centre just a couple of minutes walk. the room looked old and dim. the independent AC unit was somewhat ineffective. the toilet and bath were very average, cracks here and there. too many insects. hair dryer wasnt working. definitely not a very comforatble stay.

Comfortable family accommodation

Food served in attached hotel were of not good taste. Hotel transfer taxi etc should had been arranged. Arrangements of sight seeing tours were inadequate. Condition of Bathroom was very poor. Breakfast was not provided. TV chennals were inadequate.

The size of the room was small even after intimating them that i need a family room

Being centraly placed,I will reccomd to others. As per earlier Communication,you were supposed to hand over the currency convertor,during our stay.

There were cockroaches in the room. There were only 5 channels available on TV.
