The location was very accessible because it was just about 5 minutes walk to the nearest mrt station. The hotel is also near shopping centers which provide goods that are of good value for your money. The staff were really hospitable. Food near the hotel were not that expensive but it would depend on individual preferences. The room was not that big but we went to Singapore for leisure so we did not really stay in the room for a long span of time. The hotel was able to provide us with the basic needs of a traveler and most importantly it was clean. I can recommend it for travelers who are going to Singapore for leisure.

The staff were not much courteous and also they were not helpful when we requested to accomodate our baggages for couple of days.

Broadway Hotel is in a convenient location especially for Indians who opt for Indian food and the MRT station is in a walkable distance.

Being family, it was dificult to manage with two separate beds.. One Queen size bed would be preferrable!!

Hotel rates in Singapore are high by Southeast Asian standards. Broadway is competitively priced when compared to other basic hotels in the same area. We have stayed at the Broadway on more than four occasions over the last few years. The cost of staying has doubled over that period - room tariff increases and exchange rates both playing a part. The staff is friendly and helpful by Singapore standards and location in Little India is a feature that has made it attractive to us. This last visit we happened to arrive on the day of the colourful if somewhat gruesome Thaipusam Festival with its Serangoon Road parade (8th Feb.) and we had a grandstand view from our hotel room. Great restrauants on Serangoon and Race Course Roads, and transport connections nearby, are a definite plus. Hopefully growing competition in the area will give more choice and tariff pressure in future. We will certainly consider the Broadway again when next we plan a visit to Singapore.

It is a hotel localized in Little India, very close (less than 5 minutes) to a tram station. It´s a bit small, the street is a bit noisy, but it is OK if you are travelling alone or want to stay in a cheap place not very far from the center of the city. The indian restaurant in the ground floor is good, you may get some discount (I got 20 dollars) if you´re using the hotel. I do not recommend it for couples, romance or families.

Hotel Staff was always very helpful.
We were very nicely greeted when we reached Hotel and they offered us early check in also.
The best thing is it is very near to Mustafa and other India restaurants.
Rooms were all very neat and clean.

At last our stay was very pleasant.

It was very clearly mentioned to the hotel people not to disturb the guests for payments etc as the guest was a company guests despite that hotel people started calling guests every now and then payment whereas the company representative had left the contact to call. The credit card details are given at the time of booking itself, still the payment follow up as if some body was going to run away with the unpaid. It was pathetic!

I think this hotel needs to be more clean. Room size was good to have a single bed only. I find this property does not justify its location and competition from nearby hotels.

This hotel did not meet my expectation, in particular the room cleanliness. The room kind of smelly and i found cockroaches on the floor and also bed. Nevertheless, the location is ok as it is near to MRT.

TGenerally good location, and clean hotel. Toilets are clean but not very comfortable. No shover screen.

Staff were helpful. Hotel location convenient. But rooms were very small, a single room was converted to triple room. Cleanliness ok. Cannot recommend for a family. Its a good hotel for single or couple who roam around the city from morning to evening and come back to the room just for sleep and to get fresh.

We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The two restarants served very good food and the staff were helpful. We originally had booked in to stay ten nights, however, we left after one and found another hotel.

Broadway Hotel is fine for me as I like to shop in the vicinity and staying at the Broadway means I don't have to carry heavy packets and walk long distances to find a taxi or a bus.

The receptionists are pleasant and helpful. The adjoining DEHLI restaurant serves excellent food at reasonable prices

For the budget conscious traveller I recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and accomodating, and the rooms were clean and well kept.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Little India and easy walking to Hawker/Food Courts, Mosques, Temples and two MRT stations.

It's not a 4 star hotel by any means, but if you don't want to spend a lot of money, and want a clean, comfortable place to stay in a GREAT location..give it a go.

The hotel is ideally located for those who are fond of street shopping. Mustapha centre is at 5mins walk and so is Little India. MRT station is also very close. The hotel personnel is very friendly with good response. However, the hotel needs serious refurbishing! Especially the bathroom. Recommended for those doing business.

Not a bad hotel at all! Its cheap but good. Good location and good food. The staff were good.

May be, it is 170+ times visit to S'pore and may be 20+ times to Broadway hotel.

Price for the room has doubled from two years.

Though rooms are refurbished TV programmes are not improving.

Still a better bet compared to other nearby hotels.
