Beds are too narrow. Everything else is good in average. Not bad for value for money.

During our first stay the rooms were not uptodate. Very badly kept, unclean, ants and other insects were there. Even some cockroaches. Otherwise it is ideally located for shopping.

I nice hotel with good service. Location is good. Near to the 24 hrs Mostafa Shopping Centre. The staff were helpful. The only drawback were the Ants all around. Will stay again. Good price.

Good n peaceful location except for weekends, walkable distance from Mustafa departmental stores. Courteous staff and "Delhi" restaurant served good Indian food at a reasonable rate.

The hotel is located at Serangoon Road, just a short distance from City Square Mall and Farrer Park MRT Station. There are a lot of restaurants nearby that serve Indian cuisine but not one Chinese or Western food near the hotel. The room is particularly small with a distinct smell that's hard to get rid off, the shower room is nice, with hot and cold water, but it's cramped right next to the lavatory and water closet. The heating kettle inside the room is very dirty, the carpet is old and there are small cockroaches wandering around. Overall not a very nice place to stay with your loved ones and family.

we found the hotel very central to everything especially in little india where we found all the bargains and a quick and cheap taxi ride to anywhere we wanted to go.The staff were very helpful and always very nice :) th eonly downside was that there was no fridge in the room even though the internet website says there was a fridge in every room and a dvd player but that was not the case it would have been better to have a small bar fridge in the room as we had a small child and it would have been handy but all in all it was a very good experience and we would definately go again.

Best location, in Serangoon Rd. Next to Mustafa Centre. Best Value for money, 24 hours access.

My family & my self are satisfied about the hotel and their services. Very convenient location. Rooms are little bit small, but can managed. toilets are cleaned. staff also very helpful.

Unfortunately this was not a good choice. We needed a room for a sleep for about six hours as we had a 3am arrival and then leaving again at 6pm. The hotel was not quite what we expected for the money we paid. Room had just the bare essentials of bed only. Only plus was the shower was clean and large. We requested a triple room. Spare bed had just a top sheet and nothing else. I would not recommend this hotel as I feel you can better value for the money you paid.

Back again at the Broadway. Room amenities upgraded with new ensuite. Friendly and efficient staff. Room traffic now very competitive. Thanks to HolidayCity and the Broadway for another enjoyable stay.

Comfort to stay, near to the place little India. Centally located in Cerangoan Road.

The bathroom were new refurbished, the room could need a makeover as well.

On the whole our stay at the Broadway hotel was not as expected.
The front desk staff are expected to be more helpful and definitely more cordial. Our repeated requests for a room on the roadside was turned down all through the six days of our stay. The ready-made tea /coffee pouches with added sugar-were not suitable for everybody; instead normal English breakfast tea-bags would be a good idea. The rooms aere not properly cleaned everyday and most of the nights when we came back from the day's trip, we had to ask for room-supply.

What was good in this hotel were the beds and the location of the hotel. There is enough storing space also in the rooms.

Within walking distance to both Little India and Farrer Park MRT stations, although it is slightly nearer to the latter. Can try this place to get an experience of living in Little India... you can say you're practically in India itself! A must go is the Mustafa Centre nearby which opens 24 hours. Lots of tourists go there to buy souveniers, chocolates and luggage bags which are abundant in variety and brands.
