It was indeed a very nice experience to be at the heart of the city and have a standard Indian food...I thank Holiday City especially for giving me such a comprehensive information about the hotel...in future we would definitely use their services... We had a very plesant and memorable stay at the room...one thing which i feel should be mandatory is a bucket and mug which should be kept in the Bathroom for the convenience of Indian Tourists who prefer to bath using the same

Our promo rooms, booked by you, very small and unable to change.They said "as is where is". Cheap but lousy value for money. Rooms too noisy.Run out of hot water for shower. Ran out of extra blankets!!

The receiptionists needs to be more responsive to the tourists queries. They could have better provided an insight of various tourist spots rather than showing the list of brouchers near the door. As a family, i was given a 2 bed room with bed seperated. This set a unconfortable stay because by looking at a family with husband & wife with a child, a room with comfortable queen/king size bed should have been provided.
