• Validity: Rates quoted are valid from now until 21 December 2012

• Payment: All bookings made for the above hotel have to be paid in advance before the check-in date. Check-in must be by original voucher and ferry tickets only

• Cancellation: Cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival local time to avoid the cancellation charges of total payment. Amendment made 7 days before departure are subject to SGD10.00 per pax/amendment. However, once ferry ticket is issued, all amount paid will be non-refundable

• No Show: Full payment is chargeable upon no show

• Child Policy: Child under 3 years stay for free when using existing bedding; maximum 2 children in a room sharing with 2 adults; Breakfast is chargeable at SGD10 per child aged 3 ~ 11 without an extra bed

• Extra bed: Maximum 1 extra bed in the room

• Package Exclude: SGD22 per person for Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal Passenger levy, Bintan Terminal Passenger levy, Baggage Handling Charge, Fuel Surcharge, Security Tax and Bintan Departure Tax. It applies to all passengers regardless of class of travel and type of fare used.
