Payment: Full payment will be charged upon booking confirmation. Check-in must be by original voucher and ferry tickets.
Cancellation: Cancellation must be received 7 days (17 days for peak season) prior to arrival local time to avoid the cancellation charges of full payment. Amendment made 7 days before departure is subject to SGD10 per pax per amendment. However, once ferry ticket is issued, all payment made is non-refundable
No Show: The credit card will be debited the rate of full payment.
Child Policy:(a) Child under 5 years stay for free when using existing bedding. (b) Maximum of 2 children in a room sharing with adults. (c) Breakfast is chargeable at SGD20 per child aged 5 ~ 11 without an extra bed
Extra bed: Maximum 1 extra bed in the room
