perfect location for beach holiday, peacefull holiday not too busy, beach was ideal breakfast was just fine, huge choice no issues at all. other meals restricted to hotel as no nearby places, expensive but understandable. staff all very freindly for a quick getaway from singapore works just fine.

The food is nice but expensive, the hotel should provide alternative options for affordable food and stock up more variety in the convenience store. There are alot of hotel facilities, however, many are not used or promoted to the hotel guests. We went during the festive season, the hotel arranged for Christmas caroling at the lobby which was fantastic. Overall, it was a perfect holiday.

We were not given the option of taking ths ferry from the resort which could have saved us time. Came to know of this option only on reaching the resort. Have more variety of cuisine. We must say that the above mentioned points are only made to improve your services as we found everything else to be great especially your staff wbo were excellent under pressure and served with a smile. Keep it up!!

Only food was good.

Hotel location not convenient, too end and not sea facing. Poor, poor, poor Disappointed not romance. Paid for high price.

A nice layout, the pools are great and the rooms clean and well laid out. The Japanese restaurant is daylight robbery, and everything (as with all of the Bintan resorts) is more expensive than it should be. The Baker Finch golf course ia a gem, and is much better than the Nicklaus, which is more expensive! Staff are helpful and polite. All in all I really enjoyed the stay and had a great time, it is a peaceful and pleasant resort.
