Spa not in working order. Was told it would be fixed the next day but that did not happen.

First night was definitely NOT Value for Money, the second night in the other room was as I expected for the money. When we arrived for check-in the whole reception area was covered in sheets and was being painted, after this was finished the reception area was still very dark and basic. We were extremely disappointed on arrival when we were lead into a small dark and very dated room - Nothing like the large modern 2 bedroom that appeared on the website (which is the reason I booked). After voicing our disappointment the receptionist showed me 2 other rooms all of the same standard. She advised she could move us the next day to one of the renovated rooms in the main building, so we chose the best of the 3 old rooms and only half unpacked as we were going to move again the next morning. The toilet in this room ran constantly which we reported to maintenance yet they never arrived to fix it. The following day we moved to a room in the main building and were delighted to see it was as I had booked on the website.
