The staff were helpful and courteous. I would recommend the hotel to others. I do feel though that the bathroom needs a bit more attention when the hotel staff clean. On arrival I noted that the hand basin still had soap run marks on the outside of it. The back of the bathroom door had marks. where the floor and wall tiles meet they could do with a good scrub. The glass around the balcony needs a good clean. behind the wooden doors to the balcony need cleaning. I would like to add I am probably more observant than most as part of my job is to look at how buildings present.
