It was very difficult to get the lift to work. We had to swip our card many times. This also happened to other guests who were in the lift with us. The pictures on your website looks much more modern and nicer than the room we were given.

Although the satff were initially reluctant to process our requests and complaints they soon became very accommodating to our needs and were very helpful and friendly. We had to request another room as the original room we sighted was very small and undesireable. It didnt meet our stated requests & requirements at all. There were only 2 double beds for three adults so we complained and got a lovely room with excellent facitlities similar to the room my mother had previously stayed in at the same hotel last year. Great balconies, fantastic views and plenty of room to relax and enjoy!
