The housekeeping is not efficient as normal hotel. I think this is because of the concept was more as apartment for stay rather than the normal hotel type stay.

This is an excellent location for a short stay in Sydney.
Transportation is no problem and everything is within walking distance. And Chinatown is just next door...

I found the hotel to be well placed in the centre of Sydney but for this reason it was also extremely noisy. Perhaps some triple glazing might help. Otherwise the room I had was very good for one person on a short stay.
I had one frozen meal offered as part of your service which was very nice. Shame the breakfast room was not available

FRONT DESK STAFF WERE HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. NO PROBLEMS FOR OUR TWO FAMILIES DURING CHECKING IN AND DEPARTURE. STAFF WHO ATTENDED TO OUR BOOKING OF A MAXI CAB TO THE AIRPORT FOR AN EARLY DEPARTURE WAS FAST AND EFFICIENT.

NOT USED TO APARTMENT NOT BEING SERVICED DAILY. SERVICES HAD TO BE REMINDED OR REQUESTED BUT EVERY REQUEST FOR HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES WAS PROMPTLY ATTENDED TO. THIS IS A PLUS.

THE HOTEL IS VERY WELL LOCATED- VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION WITH LOTS OF DINING OPTIONS AT YOUR DOORSTEPS. TRANSPORTATION CHOICES TO MOST PARTS OF SYDNEY IS SUPERB.

STAY WAS MOSTLY PLEASANT THROUGHOUT AND NOTHING UNPLEASANT ENCOUNTERED DURING OUR STAY WEEK'S STAY.

OVERALL A HAPPY AND HASSLE FREE STAY!

The hotel is centrally located right in the city centre. Very convenient to move around in Sydney.

The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous and always responded to our requests. We found the location great, being extremely close to Paddy's Market, Chinatown and only 10 minutes' walk to Darling Harbour. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to suit all tastes, and can especially recommend Scruffy Murphy's pub for superb value meals. We have already recommended the apartments to several of our friends. We would stay again, unless we needed to be close to Circular Quay. In fact we walked to Circular Quay, and usually returned by getting the ferry back to Darling Harbour, and then walking to the apartment from there.

very good .poor reception staff a bit rude to me and other guest.a course on customer service might help.

The Duty Manager is really Friendly and very Helpful however the rest of the Staff just plain lazy, and i don't know why but everytime you use the hotel facilities, i.e Business facilities it's more expensive with the staff compare to the Duty Manager, eg. the use of a Fax machine can vary A$1. I don't want to complain about A$1 but does it mean that the staff can add price by themselfes without without any supervision? Room is Clean, however garbage disposal is a bit of a hassle as we have to take the garbage out by ourself and leave it at front of the door

NIL Toilet should have a more luxury feel. Especially there is not enough space in the shower area to place the shampoo, shower gel etc...

electronic key problem encountered several time, has to be reprogramed again, difficult to use when in lift.

Would be better if there is a pot for us to cook noodles or boil some soup.

The room had not been thoroughly cleaned as we found an empty condom wrapper in the lounge room. Also the place smelled like a urinal.

excellent service, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, loved the location too, very close to restaurants etc amenities were enough to make you comfortable and room was great

Would have been nice if the cafe on the ground floor was open. Not that big a problem, as many cafes nearby. A non-stick pan for frying breakfast would have be nice.

Excellent, the only problem I have is the Hot Water system. They don't mix very well with the Cold Water so you don't really get a comfortable bath.

Heater isn't warm.

Good laugauge storage system was very good and self serve. although I did not need to use it but I was quite suprise to see the cook top in the room.

it's very difficult to park a car for take the bagages. we has been a penalty in front of your hotel because you don't have a parking
