Everything was ok and room is pretty spacious, the hotel location is within walk distance to the city circle. Generally Its recommended.

what can I say all good very pleased with the room

Room service was not very good. Towels were not replaced regularly and on Tuesday there was no room service at all. Apart from that the apartments was comfortable and beautifully located.

When I was there the air conditioning had broken down, there was no additional heating provided. The nighttime temperature was about 2. I was not told this when I checked in and when I complained I was told that the best that could be done was a 10% discount. No television set in lounge room. The only tv was in spare bedroom and there was nowhere to sit to watch it.

Poll, tennis courts, squash court, gym etc well maintained and we enjoyed them. Good size, three bedroom but only 1Q and 3S. The apartment was slightly dated, but well equipped. We had to move from the first room as it was in bad repair.

Size and location good, but the room needed basic maitanence. Furniture was very basic Carpet was stained, and plaster on walls was peeling off

This was a well presented secure building. There was plenty of parking and no delays waiting for lifts etc. There was a few small problems with the apartment such as the tap in the ensuite shower was broken (we just used the main bathroom), one of the armchairs was broken and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep and sit on. The wear and tear on the furnishings was showing. As our stay was only for one night these things didn't concern us but for people who were staying longer it may be an issue.
