Comment on Hotel : We were being served by Alex (Reception) and Kumar who were very accomodating and helpful. Alex made special arrangement to meet my request of having the 3 rooms on the same floor even though the hotel was fully occupied and I did not indicate my need at the point of making the online reservation. He even approached us after a few hrs later at the Lobby asking if we were ok with the arrangement. This caught us by surprise. Good customer service indeed (:

The hotel security system and location were excellent. We will definitely come back to stay at Boulevard.

The only incovenience -- we were not being given free parking and made to pay for every entries to the carpark ):
