As our flight was very early in the morning, the hotel restaurant manager went out of his way to pack us our choice of breakfast to go. He also did the same for another group of travellers. The room has everything that you need, including iron and ironing board. Only 1 minor problem, not sufficient hooks or towel bars in the washroom for two people.

The Hotel should give attention to the guest's additional "request" online -since there is a special space given for guest's additional request online. For example, although we had to tick twin superior room, we had also requested for a king or double bed on the reservation form. The Hotel should therefore, as much as possible, give special attention to such request because it's the customer's request and the customer is willing to pay for the price of the room requested for their own comfort.At last, we got what we had requested for after some negotiation and some delay!

We don't really need such a clss of hotel to stay in. For us, our main purpuse is just to put up a night. A medium class will do. Talking about the swimming pool, it is not a good idea to swim in the middle of KL buz city The room is not that big :-)

On our first morning at breakfast (which was part of our room rate) we were told it was only for 1 pax even though I explained that it was obvious we had bought and checked in for a double room for my spouse and I. Restaurant staff was not proactive, could not and did not offer help. I had to personally speak to Duty Manager who after checking confirmed that it was indeed for 2 pax. On another occasion, the porter/concierge desk was unable to help with shuttle bus service enquiry - rather unusual since there was indeed such a service operating just next door in the Mall! Generally good but basic amenities eg bedroom slippers were not provided.

everything is excellent except the fact that the carpark access is very poor better than neighboring Cititel!

There is no direction of Mecca for the muslims to do their prayers in the room.

We are going to bill again on checkout.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Good size room with good lighting.

Clean and a decent place worth staying. The Mini Bar did not have any items available, also the room service for drinking water etc was very late.

the food at the restaurant was good and nice.had a seminar over there, but the room was rather small. the room which is a zen concept is vey much satisfying.only that at first we requested for a non-smoking room, but we got one.however, the housekeeper was called and she later opened the window to let off the strong smell of smoke.
