It was 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel.
My 2 years old daughter fell asleep on my wife's hands.
We were just arrived in KL from Jakarta.
After we had done with the check in in reception, without asked, the reception offered us a complimentary baby cord.
Man !! never in our travel experience we found this kind of service before.
We said yes, and that night we could sleep in comforts and happily, because of that kind of service.
It's not the baby cord that matters most, but it was the kind heartedly offer that make us feel honored.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff in good location

We were being served by Alex (Reception) and Kumar who were very accomodating and helpful. Alex made special arrangement to meet my request of having the 3 rooms on the same floor even though the hotel was fully occupied and I did not indicate my need at the point of making the online reservation. He even approached us after a few hrs later at the Lobby asking if we were ok with the arrangement. This caught us by surprise. Good customer service indeed (:

The hotel security system and location were excellent. We will definitely come back to stay at Boulevard.

The only incovenience -- we were not being given free parking and made to pay for every entries to the carpark ):

Nowsaday a lot of travellers require this kind of service. I just returned from a trip in Canada before going to Kuala Lumpur. In my wide travel through Canada for a month, all the hotels, motels I stayed in had free internet serv ice provided, and it was high speed broadband throughout.

It was a bit annoying that it had to be paid at the Boulevard Hotel and the speed was not that good.

The quantities of food at the breakfast are aplenty, but the quality were so-so.

The bed in my room was only queen size. Wonder how two westerners sleep in. Myself and my wife, both small size, found it a bit small.

Other than the above, we like the location where we could walk to Megamall.

Good breakfast...replenish the food often...but different food...isn't dat great....hehehe....

The restaurant is 24 hrs....kool....

Too bad there is no tennis court :(

Shopping at Megamall was fantastic....

Grudges...parking share wif the mall...so abit of inconvenient....

KTM komuter is slow and long wait.....compare to PUTRA....so if u wan to go shopping at other places...like KLCC or Bkt Bintang.....go after the office workers hav gone to work and come back b4 they do....hehehehhehehe...

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days 3 nights. We enjoyed the ourselves thoroughly. The most impressive are the excellent Security System where only guests with room cards are allowed to use the lift and also the extra facilities such as free use of the Executive Lounge (for Executive room guests) for internet, afternoon tea and a very exclusive environment for reading and relaxing. The broadband Internet service is fast and the staff at the reception are courteous and responsive. We are also impressed by the cleanliness and great maintenance of the rooms. The daily cleaning is thorough as well. The fact that the hotel is co-located with Mid-Valley mega mall, it offers an All-in-one leisure experience which many hotels are lacking. One of the best hotels we ever experienced. Although the price aren't cheap, it is considered as reasonable and value-for-money. We will definitely make this hotel as our top choice for a return visit. Well done to Boulevard Hotel and its staff and we thank you for a very pleasant experience we had. Keep up the good work.

Facilities are ok but human services are very poor. The hotel is under staffed, staff are not up to the standard and its not their fault, they needs a lot of training to handle guests starting from smiling to providing services, I believe the operation needs improvement to cater to international guests , the only positive is the room which is really good, thanks Room is good size, clean and comfortable.

(1) The door catch was not fixed during my stay. (2) The door has to be pulled extra hard to ensure it is properly secured. In other hotels, my experience is that these doors normally close either by themselves or by gently pulling them close.

nice room deco. but if got better room view to outside will be nice. as my room are block by opposite building...anyway nice hotel to stay

I requested for an early check-in, but finally arrived at the hotel late (4.30pm). Our rooms weren't even ready and we decided to use rooms which were. Each day the rooms were not made up until late afternoon--shouldn't be the case for a 4-star.

waited almost 3 hours before we got our room. not a very good experience

Although it very convenient for shopping, the traffic jam was very bad and nothing seems to have be done about it. If I have a alternate choice, I would avoid booking this hotel due to the jam even though I think I have to say, I like staying here. I almost didn't get my extra bed that I had requested in my booking in Jun or July (triple sharing) through your department. When I check in (2.15pm), the counter staff had instructed housekeeping to send the bed. We waited almost 1 hour, then we went out shoping and to my horror, when we came at around 9.30pm, there was no bed. I called housekeeping and was told hotel was full and no more bed, it was upon request and had asked me when I checked in. I replied I had it in my booking not request upon check in. I was told they would call me back.

Good locality because of Mid Valley Shopping arcades however the hotel should provide a more reasonable taxi rate to the airport cos to LCCT the taxi is RM70.00 a bit expensive!

We were on a "non smoking" floor however people were still smoking around the lifts area on our floor. Decor felt old and tired.

Room service food was AWFUL! Staff generally unfriendly. No one greets you when they meet you, no matter where you are. Breakfast is like a mad house and food is always out when after 9.30am. Otherwise, breakfast buffet is a decent spread. Overall the room is clean and comfortable. Good enough to rest for the night but not a place to stay in for a retreat or vegging.

Breakfast not much variety and not that good compared to cititel. I have to wait for 45min to check in, hope the room will be ready on time. The blanket feels like paper and it makes noise when using it, very uncomfortable.
