Located at good shopping center

Hotel were in goood location.. staff were helpful ..taxi is convienece.

The hotel is conveniently located in Mid valley. By the same token, we can be caught in a traffic jam. The location of the hotel beside a public car park is kind of odd. The staff are generally OK. But they can be more pro-active in engaging the guests. This is a common problem among all hotel staff anyway. I think the internet availabaility is a bit stiff. Maybe can go for free internet for the first 15 minutes. The path to the gym is not sheltered. When I asked for a small towel, they have run out of it in the morning. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. They did a great job.

Everything was good except was charged separately for use of internet which should be free or included in room price at nominal rate. Should indicate choices of rooms with or without internet?

There is a challenge getting in and out of MVC during peak hours traffic. Not sure what can be done but it is challenging when one is in a rush.

This hotel do not provide private hotel car park and made us feel very inconvenience for carry luggage. In additional, we have to wait n q for the parking as lot of the ppl is going for shopping at Mid Valley and The Garden.

In my last visit to KL, We stayed at the Legend. Had a bad experience with one of the duty managers about the extra bed and included breakfast. She was basically rude! Had the same issue at the Boulevard but was handled with a lot of respect from all the staff, from the manager to the waitress at the cafe. I would definitely come back again.

I enjoyed stayed at this Hotel. the hotel clean and staff also friendly. Location of hotel also very convenience with is located in the centre of shopping complex .

STAFF SERVICE HAS IMPROVED AND FRIENDLIER THEN ON PREVIOUS VISITS. USUALLY VERY GOOD SERVICE, HOWEVER NOT UNIFORMLY OF A HIGH STANDARD. LOCATION, AMENITIES AND QUALITY OF FOOD ARE ALL SATISFACTORY AND MAKE THIS HOTEL GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.

I think that the hotel is situated in a convenient location as Mid Valley Mall has almost everything under one roof. You do not have to travel to the City and experience the terrible traffic during peak hours as well as catching the taxi/s.

Parking is a big problem to this hotel. There's no special parking for the hotel guest n the parking is not free. Also, guest who visit the place for the 1st time will definitely lost finding their way from the parking to the hotel- imagine how we carried 3 big lugages with a baby n walk through the shopping mall to get to the hotel lobby!

Hotel stay was pleasant. Would recommend the hotel for its convenient location and quiet ambience despite being near to a megamall. 2 setbacks : the near view of neighbouring building's rooftop with pumps and huge machinery and the stiff bed.

Convinently located hotel on the Mid valley connected to the Mega mall opens up a world of shopping and eating options. Being a vegetarian and an Indian the close proximity to Bangsar turned out to be quite convinient as Bangsar quite a few Indian restaurants. Close ot the mid valley the Gardens food court also has an Indian restaurant. Unfortunately I miss Annalakshmi which used to be in the Mega mall but then Brikefield is not too far away I was told. Getting a cab sometimes can be a challenge outside the Mega mall but it is a minot inconvinience considering the other positives.

Stayed for 2 nites with 2 young kids. Requested for adjoining rooms but got an upgrade to suite as hotel deluxe rooms were full. Good hotel & very convenient location for shopping. Highly recommend & would return to stay.

The location of the hotel is a convenient spot for moving around in KL .The breakfast menu was quite interesting and the food is delicious except the breakfast time ends too early @ 9.30a.m Overall we have a nice time staying in the hotel and enjoy shopping in Mid Valley and in KL.
