The breakfast was really bad, the food was unappealing and the service at breakfast was non - existant. The music was very tacky and annoying. The hotel is lacking in up to date style and the staff are adequate but disinterested.

We had a bit of trouble when we initially checked in with regards to the room type. They told us that the room we booked did not come with a spa even though it said it on the booking form. Once the manager got involved however he told the lady to just up grade us to the specified room. Then upon check-out they were going to charge us $248 instead of $198. However this was cleared up with the accounts lady and we only payed the $198 as specified on the booking sheet with you guys. However these minor mishaps did not make our stay any less enjoyable. Thank you!

Great views from some suites and deck type restaurant & bar Older than expected and I have the feeling we got a lesser room as the receptionist remarked we had a very cheap price

A superb deal at the price offered. I'd definitely go back there again. The room was great. The only minor problem was that the balcony overlooked the hotel's patio restaurant which slightly increased noise and restricted privacy. Overall, though, a beautiful, airy, spacious room with a great view.

We asked for a non smoking room.On our arrival the room was smokey and unacceptable.We informed the desk and was told that was the only room available, so we opened the doors and went out for about 4 hours. On our return the room still smelt smokey so we informed the manager and he came up to our room to experience the smokey odour. He agreed it was unacceptable and we checked out and went to the Sheraton on the park.

The hotel hot tub and pool was not available as advertised. It was outdoors and on the roof. The roof was undergoing remodelling and not acessable. I would have used the hot tub after long days walking/touring but could not. One of the restaurants..Blue Chip was closed during the week. The location was perfect for beach viewing and quietness. It was convenient to bus transport for going to city centre.
