The hotel was very very good - we would definitely go there again. everything was absolutely perfect for us both. It was bit noisy near the road, but it didn't stop us sleeping!!

Ideally situated on Bondi Beach. Staff were profressional and friendly. Very good service. The suite was spacious and confortable. Only drawback was it was an inner room so we had no idea what the weather was like when we got up in the morning.

Waited a long time to finally get into our room. Room in need of some updating,T.L.C.

The only problem we had was one of the lifts was not working on the last day and the other was not working properly causing delays on leaving also there does not seem to be any walking stairs between floors otherwise fantastic bars, restaurants, pools etc. Fantastic room, 3 of us fit very comfortably

Staff were extremely helpful.

The quality of the service and food on the grill deck was poor. Otherwise the hotel was good.

We were just above the bar and it was very loud at Sat. night

carpet was dirty

we were upgraded to a premiere suite , however, the room was extremely noisy due to it being next to the road , you could here all of the traffic and people coming out of the pubs which made sleeping very difficult!

Lifts particularly to the carpark were a bit of a problem but the staff tried to assist Security screen door to the balcony would be excellent as I like to have fresh air at night when sleeping. The room had no windows

The hotel is in the perfect location.Its also very good to have complimentary parking.Other hotels should take a leaf out of Swiss Grand's book.The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety.I would definitely use Swiss Grand again the next time I'm in Sydney. The room was spacious,clean and most importantly,the bed was nice and firm and very comfortable.I have two metal rods in my back so there is nothing worse than a bed that bows in the middle.

Stayed at a time of upgrade, however it did not deter the hotel. Everything provided in the room

Not your fault I know, but the noise from the foyer renovation was offputting.

Being a novice when it comes to staying in hotels i think there could have been a note/label indicating how to get the power for the lights to work. It seems obvious to me now but took a couple of minutes to figure it out. Not a major issues just a comment.

refurbishment happening Very comfortable with a lot of space

Only four for ambience due to renovations but we were left a letter notifying of this which was good customer service. the panel that hides the hot water cyclinder was held up with only one screw and fell on our two year old son. Reception was excellent and sent someone up straight away to fix it.
