The hotel's outdoor spa and pool were not as clean and inviting as we would have liked them to be. The room was lovely, the view from the balcony was very pleassant.

Bathroom needs updating, obviously shower had been leaking and there were signs of what looked like rust on the floor and corner of unit.

When i was checking in and i enquired about where to go for breakfast they didn't have my booking as including breakfast and i had to produce my confirmation printout from holiday city which showed that breakfast was included and they amended their records.

Generally good, however, as a business traveller, I was disappointed to find out that my suits and shirts were not able to be washed or dry cleaned on Saturday for a Sunday collection. Funny light switches, but the room was fine. The on-demand video was not working in the room.

hallways in need of refurbihing carpets grubby and poorly lit let the rest of the hotel down also shocked to find cockroaches okay 2 in the lower lobby.

Hotel itself was gorgeous and our holiday city deal was certainly value for money. Great breakfast! Beautiful room but disappointed with the so called 'spa bath' which in fact was a single bath with jets in it. Room was however very clean and the view was magnificant!

We arrived at 12.am. We could not enter the room before 2 p.m ? Breakfast place is nice and the service is good. Nice room. Some noise around 10p.m with people shouting in the street below. I order some food in the room : it was elegant, fast and very good !
