Very friendly and willing staff. . Overall, very impressed. Broken hinges on doors, and over-sensitive smoke alarms (when cooking) were the only difficulties we found.

Lobby stinks of smoke as do some of the hallways. . I had no hot water for 24 hours. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Many items missing from room that are marketed, eg. Iron, tv remote
