Overall, very impressed. Broken hinges on doors, and over-sensitive smoke alarms (when cooking) were the only difficulties we found.

The manager had a pleasant easy-going manner. We were warned before that the carpet was stained. Traffic and ped. crossing lights could be heard at night, disturbing sleep sometimes.

Very helpful, with supermarket locatin, walk map, ect. Excellent value for money apartment in Bondi. No beach veiw but that is reflected in price.

The bathroom was grubby and there was in adequate kitchen utensils - and nothing to scrub pots with!

The carpet was very dirty and the bathroom wasn't nice at all.
