I am partially disabled and cannot walk without a stick. Your night manager would not help me get my bags from the pavement to my room. Not good.

I asked for a double bed however I got 2 Single beds.

The limited reception availability was both frustrating and inconveniant.My stated time of arrival was 9-11am but I could not gain access to room until 2.30pm when the reception was closed and comunication was held through telephone. I found the accomadatoin at the very best basic with a shabby appearence and in desperate need of upgrading and deep cleaning.

Wadrobe door hinges needed to be fixed.

Plumbery could be better

Very nice room just the right size for a couple.

The heater was very bad-made too much noise.

Very friendly and willing staff. Overall, very impressed. Broken hinges on doors, and over-sensitive smoke alarms (when cooking) were the only difficulties we found.

During our stay of 5 nights, the room wasn't serviced at all, however, the manager was readily available if called. The manager had a pleasant easy-going manner. We were warned before that the carpet was stained. Traffic and ped. crossing lights could be heard at night, disturbing sleep sometimes.

Lovely man on duty. Very helpful, with supermarket locatin, walk map, ect. Excellent value for money apartment in Bondi. No beach veiw but that is reflected in price.

It smelled of smoke and there was ash on the window sill, even though we asked for a non-smoking room. The bathroom was grubby and there was in adequate kitchen utensils - and nothing to scrub pots with!

Lobby stinks of smoke as do some of the hallways. I had no hot water for 24 hours. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Many items missing from room that are marketed, eg. iron, TV remote

I thought the room was a complete dump. The carpet was very dirty and the bathroom wasn't nice at all.

Several minor faults in room

No information booklet to tell you of things like phone or rubbish disposal etc. Airconditioning didn't work.

Very good rates for the location. Nothing to say except that I enjoyed my stay at this serviced apartment hotel

big problem with the noise level from Bondi Road- difficult to sleep without ear plugs- location near beach is an obvious attraction apart from street noise room met expectations
