Older woman at desk (Sunday/Monday) was not pleasant and very off handed, not good a receptionist.

Resturant drinks and food expensive and over-rated! Room smelt heavily of cigarette smoke.

Staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice and quiet. It was quite old and dated, but clean and comfortable.
