Suitable for: Leisure

Bathroom: The amenties were very poor and need an urgent upgrade. Very small and dirty looking with pipes from above unit exposed in bathroom. I wouldn't stay there again due to bathroom.
Restaurant: The meals for 6 of us were excellent and staff service was good, would eat there again.
Location: Best location in wollongong but sub-standard accomodation, a good revamp and we would stay again.

old worn out and espensive room was airless, air conditioning was useless, management were not interested in guests, made us wait on checkout while they chatted with room cleaning staff

Very good all round. Very clean and with a bonus side view of the harbour when I only paid for city view! Very good overall. Lovely foyer with lots of greenery.

Your internet service both billing and customer feedback puts your profile higher but it surely would mean more sales that is how we located you. We were astounded that there was no air conditioning with the temperatures so high at that time. Additional information on the beach whether it is swimable or not when it comes to 35 plus.

The view from the room was partly blocked by a huge pine tree, such a shame, the harbour was beautiful. Noisy children running around on Sunday morning woke me up, I wasn't thrilled about that. A small dining table would have been better to eat at than the coffee table. Skim milk in the fridge would have been great.The thick tea cups aren't nice to drink from.The rest-just lovely.

Had requested 2 single beds but the room only had a double bed. Luckily the room had a sofa bed, so we used that. There was no fan in the bathroom to clear the steam when showering.
