Overview
The Boardwalk Resort Hotel and Villas has recently renovated studio, one, two and three bedroom suites featuring new carpet, sofas, bedding and curtains. Suites have full kitchens stocked with cookware, dishes, appliances, and a breakfast table that seats six. In the living room guests will find a large sectional sleeper sofa and wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows. The private balcony is off the bedroom so guests can listen to the waves while drift off to a comfortable night’s sleep. Suites also feature an extra bathroom and sleeper sofa for each bedroom and kitchenettes in the extra rooms. Studios also feature a double bed, and a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, and dishware. Guests enjoy an indoor lap pool and spa tub, as well as a fitness center with stair machines, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, free weights, strength-training equipment, and complimentary towel service. Bike rentals are also available in summer.The hotel is adjacent to Virginia Beach's boardwalk, popular for walking, jogging, biking, roller-skating, and skateboarding. Fishing charters, a marina, and sightseeing tours surcharges are available one mile away at the Virginia Beach Fishing Center. Area water sports include boating, parasailing and surfing.
